Also because canned and packaged goods have made their way to your kitchen shelves, and you haven’t been working out in the slightest! So, what do you do to get rid of belly fat when you hardly have time to move your body? You turn to home remedies. For instance, try chia seeds for belly fat.

Inactivity and a lazy lifestyle can lead to a lot of weight gain. Poor eating habits only add to the misery of not being able to lose belly fat! It is not just a nuisance but stubborn belly fat (visceral fat) can lead to health problems. But chia seeds may play a role in helping you get rid of it. 
How? For starters, they are highly nutritious and contain a plethora of vitamins and minerals. It is rich in fibre, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin C. Some studies have also found that chia seeds contain fibre which helps regulate bowel movement. It basically flushes out the toxins accumulated in the intestines, which in turn helps lose visceral fat.
How to add chia seeds to lose belly fat?

If losing abdominal fat is your goal, here are some ways you can add chia seeds to your diet:
1. Chia seeds water

Soak one tablespoon of the seeds in water overnight. Strain the water the next morning and drink it on an empty stomach. You can also drink it in between meals.
2. Chia seed salad

If you like eating salads then you can mix them in a bowl filled with cucumber, radish, tomato, onion, carrots, etc. You can also add it to a bowl of fruit and enjoy the tasty medley.
