After a lot of speculations and rumours, her personal trainer for the tour Pete Geracimo took to Instagram and revealed that Adele just not wanted to lose weight but improve her immune system along with overall health. In various interviews, it was revealed by Adele herself that this weight loss she did for herself rather than anyone else. On many occasions, it has been revealed that she took the ‘Sirtfood Diet’ which limits the usage of caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, and all ‘spicy, citrusy, and tangy’ foods for a time. In this diet, she used to have this salad which was called ‘Weight Loss Salad’. This salad’s recipe has been shared by several bloggers on Instagram; however, it was the reel of popular chef and blogger The Modern Nonna which got everyone’s attention recently.
